07/13/2007 FALL OF ROOF OR BACK ACCIDENT ONLY None An unintentional roof fall occurred in the 9I section at 24 stopping in the crosscut from #2 entry to #3 entry. Fall was 20' long X 16' wide X 12' high. No injuries or equipment was damaged.
