11/27/2007 FALL OF ROOF OR BACK ACCIDENT ONLY None Approx 6 pm on 11/7/07 a roof fall was discovered during. The preshft exam. The fall was in #1 entry, between breaks #16 & 17 off the #1 belt line. The fall measured 60' long x 18' wide x 5' high.
