07/13/2008 HANDLING OF MATERIALS DAYS AWAY FROM WORK ONLY 242d lost Twisted left wrist. 2"" water pipe fell of sled, while trying to reload, he twisted his left wrist. Did not begin missing until Jan 28, 2009 due to surgical procedure to repair the damaged wrist.
