09/22/2025 HANDTOOLS (NONPOWERED) DAYS AWAY FROM WORK ONLY 1d lost While installing a cylinder in a scaling machine, a lifting strap failed. The failed strap section hit the employee in the eye causing a scratch to the cornea. All proper PPE was worn.
07/22/2025 FALL OF FACE/RIB/PILLAR/SIDE/HIGHWALL DAYS RESTRICTED ACTIVITY ONLY 9d restricted A piece of loose material contacted the employee on the right arm and left leg. Required stitches.

10/30/2021 OTHER INJURIES DUE TO NATURAL CAUSES 11d lost While riding the bus out of the mine, the employee went in to cardiac arrest. CPR was initiated and continued until EMS arrived, employee was transported to a hospital and was resuscitated.
