07/08/2020 POWERED HAULAGE DAYS AWAY FROM WORK ONLY 42d lost EE was driving a haul truck when EE struck a pothole in the haul road and reported back pain. EE left work at 11:00 am, called off the next two days and saw a physician on 07/14/2020.
