04/23/2014 HANDLING OF MATERIALS DAYS AWAY FROM WORK ONLY 36d lost IE was replacing top structure on #6 belt when he strained his left shoulder. IE continued working his regular job until 08/21/14 when he had surgery to repair left rotator cuff.
