10/10/2023 SLIP OR FALL OF PERSON DYS AWY FRM WRK & RESTRCTD ACT None Employee was performing belt Maintenance and lost EE's balance while on a 6ft step ladder and fell backwards to the ground. Right leg Fibula, Tibia, and ankle fractures.
