06/04/2020 FALL OF FACE/RIB/PILLAR/SIDE/HIGHWALL DAYS AWAY FROM WORK ONLY 305d lost Employee was rib bolting on the right side of the 4B miner. While drilling a piece of rock / coal came out of the rib and struck the employee. Employee received seven sutures to the left side of head.
