07/24/2025 MACHINERY DAYS AWAY FROM WORK ONLY 1d lost EE was roof bolting a corner. As EE was retracting EE's side it caught the roof. Upon catching the roof it caused the slide out on the canopy to gap open EE caught EE's fingers in the gap.
