02/03/2018 SLIP OR FALL OF PERSON DAYS AWAY FROM WORK ONLY 37d lost Employee was attempting to tighten bolts on a cutterhead module of a Highwall Miner when the wrench slipped and employee fell to the ground breaking right leg.
