12/19/2023 SLIP OR FALL OF PERSON DYS AWY FRM WRK & RESTRCTD ACT 9d lost, 9d restricted EE was getting out of EE's 982 to use the restroom and stretch. While EE was stretching EE got light headed and fell approximately 6-7 feet off the loader cat walk to the ground below.
