10/16/2013 MACHINERY DAYS AWAY FROM WORK ONLY 2d lost EE is a scoop operator, supplying the roof bolter. He went to get a water on the offside of the bolter. The rear rubber tire ran over the right foot-causing bruise. EE was wearing Metatarsal Boots.
