10/10/2025 HANDLING OF MATERIALS NO DYS AWY FRM WRK,NO RSTR ACT None While cleaning rock off of the miner employee pulled a rock off and the end EE was holding went to the roof pinching the tip of EE's left pointer finger resulting in one suture.
