01/19/2026 FIRE ACCIDENT ONLY None A non-injury accident occurred in the form of a hot spot; smoke was observed with no embers or flames seen. Hot spot was soaked with water until cool.
12/18/2025 HANDTOOLS (NONPOWERED) NO DYS AWY FRM WRK,NO RSTR ACT None I.E. stated EE was cutting a pump hose when EE's knife slipped cutting the top of EE's left hand. I.E. received 6 stitches with a full work release.
