02/20/2008 FALL OF FACE/RIB/PILLAR/SIDE/HIGHWALL DAYS AWAY FROM WORK ONLY 65d lost EE was on operator side of RB, had put up first row of bolts, was moving machine up for next row. Rib rolled off, striking left shoulder and arm area. Taken to ER for treatment.
01/29/2008 STEPPING OR KNEELING ON OBJECT DAYS AWAY FROM WORK ONLY None EE had performed maintenance on CM, had broken the chain, and was walking around the miner. He stepped on a slick rock, his left leg slipped, causing injury to the left knee.
