06/30/2011 HANDLING OF MATERIALS NO DYS AWY FRM WRK,NO RSTR ACT None Knocking pin out of scoop bucket & piece of metal struck nose causing a scrape. Found out on 07-26-11 there is a piece of metal still in nose and had it removed.
