09/22/2023 EXPLODING VESSELS UNDER PRESSURE DAYS AWAY FROM WORK ONLY 11d lost IE was lowering a shield from the mine roof when a hose blew and sprayed EE with emulsion. The emulsion got in EE's eye and EE requested medical treatment.
