06/04/2008 HANDTOOLS (NONPOWERED) DAYS AWAY FROM WORK ONLY 2d lost EE was cutting plastic with a utility knife, the plastic slipped and the knife cut his right index finger. EE received stitches and was taken off work for a few days. EE was wearing his gloves.
