11/11/2016 HANDLING OF MATERIALS NO DYS AWY FRM WRK,NO RSTR ACT None Employee was cleaning a material pipe when the water pressure caused material to come out of the pipe and strike EE in the chin. Resulted in a laceration to the chin.
07/01/2013 HANDLING OF MATERIALS NO DYS AWY FRM WRK,NO RSTR ACT None Employee was changing a filter on the diesel engine on the dredge. When pulling the filter out of the housing, the handle on the filter broke, cutting the employee's right middle finger.
