10/21/2009 HANDTOOLS (NONPOWERED) NO DYS AWY FRM WRK,NO RSTR ACT None EE was cutting a piece of water hose with a pocket knife and cut the top of his left thumb nail. Did not miss work, cut required stitches.
03/25/2009 HANDTOOLS (NONPOWERED) DAYS AWAY FROM WORK ONLY 1d lost Employee was putting drive line bolts back in a 980G loader. The rachet slipped off the bolt head, striking the employee on the left side of his nose and corner of his left eye. (stitches)

10/17/2007 HANDLING OF MATERIALS DAYS AWAY FROM WORK ONLY 1d lost Employee opened the door to enter the cab of a 980 loader. The door swung open hitting him in the left elbow. He did not seek medical attention until 10-18-07.
05/23/2007 HANDLING OF MATERIALS NO DYS AWY FRM WRK,NO RSTR ACT None EE was driving a pin into his excavator track & hit his little finger on the right hand on the track. Mashed his finger & lost his finger nail. Required stitches.
