04/24/2024 SLIP OR FALL OF PERSON DYS AWY FRM WRK & RESTRCTD ACT 17d lost, 22d restricted EE was running fuel and water to drill 569. EE was pulling pump out of water trailer when EE fell backwards and hit the ground. Slipped and fell off water trailer. Hurt right shoulder.
