01/05/2012 HOISTING ACCIDENT ONLY None At 11:00 pm on January 05, 2012 the service hoist was removed from service on a planed maintenance repair work. At 11:00 pm work started on the replacement of the service hoist motor.
12/26/2011 HOISTING ACCIDENT ONLY None At approximately 2:50 pm the service elevator was removed from service due to arcing in one of the motor brushes. All motor brushes was replaced and the elevator was put back in service.
