05/26/2009 HANDLING OF MATERIALS NO DYS AWY FRM WRK,NO RSTR ACT None While removing wedges and adjusting bolts from crusher a wedge flew out striking the employee in the right knee. EE did not go to the Dr. until 6/3/09, at this time the injury became MSHA reportable.
