11/29/2011 ENTRAPMENT ACCIDENT ONLY None Employee was trapped in T-2 Elevator traveling from repair bay to balling floor. He was trapped for approximately 70 minutes. MSHA was contacted at about 01:45 AM. No injuries occurred.
