03/09/2015 HOISTING ACCIDENT ONLY None Hoist went down at 8:25 am on Monday, March 9, 2015. Electricians were called. After repairs were made to a relay and inspection was made, the hoist was released back into service at 10:15 am.
02/19/2015 HOISTING ACCIDENT ONLY None Hoist went down at 2:55 pm. Electricians were called and a burnt relay was found and repaired. Hoist was repaired at 3:35 pm. All employees were brought to shop area while repairs were being made.
