02/10/2014 HANDTOOLS (NONPOWERED) DAYS RESTRICTED ACTIVITY ONLY 1d restricted While employee was cutting nylon bands off of cable bolts the belt knife he was using struck his right leg in the calf causing a puncture wound.
12/30/2013 HANDTOOLS (NONPOWERED) DAYS AWAY FROM WORK ONLY 245d lost Employee was straining tore move a nut off of a bolt on a steering jack on a scoop when he felt a twinge in his lower back. This became a lost time injury on 4/28/2014.
