02/17/2008 HOISTING ACCIDENT ONLY None #3 hoist kicked on check point fault. When reset, the drive convertors kicked out. A contactor was replaced so the hoist could be reset.
02/15/2008 HOISTING ACCIDENT ONLY None Overtravel switch on #2 hoist stuck. Once the problem was determined, it was found that the hoist was still operable in case of emergency.
01/29/2008 HOISTING ACCIDENT ONLY None Hoist bearing was vibrating. Investigator checked bearing and noticed that the south pinion bearing was bad and needed replacing so the hoist was ordered down until bearing was replaced.
